Examples:

• The chance of Critical Strike to proceed
• The poison damage from Poison Sting
• Vampiric Aura Vampiric Aura
• Slardar's chance to bash with Bash

Rare Examples:

• Lord of Avernus's Borrowed Time has a cooldown
• Skeleton King's Reincarnation's has a cooldown and needs mana to proceed
