Trigger Pages are articles in the Trigger: namespace. The purpose of the namespace is to explain the triggering details of DotA Allstars, that is, to describe the inner workings of DotA's Triggered Abilities and other routines such as neutral/lane creep spawning and terrains. The Trigger Pages should observe the following rules:

  • Start with a {{triggerbox}}. This template introduces the basics of the triggered ability.
  • Make a level-2 heading for each procedure/function.
  • Use {{tvar}} and {{tdef}} to introduce/refer to variables. An example of a variable reference on a Trigger page: varReference
  • Use a numbered list (lines starting with #) to list the steps of each procedure.
  • Categorize into Category:Triggers.

The Trigger namespace is still very short of content at the moment. If you would like to help, Triggered Skills Explained is a wonderful source, courtesy of the forum user Tales. Refer to Trigger:Leap for a sample Trigger page.
